Agenda:
  1. Overview of current status and development since last telecom
    • general reduction of cubes started? Which MS files are used? (Before or after QA3?)

  1. Input for the overview paper
    • status (Timea)
  • G351, minor revisions to be made for the figures (verify also the position corresponding to the hot core)
  • text needs to be completed

  1. Status of on-going projects
  • LAB:
    • Nathalie/Fabrice W43-MM1/MM2:
    • Melisse on G337 (and other sources):  Testing hot core identification methods

  • Antoine: Melanie (PhD) on shocks : progress to be shown in two weeks
  • Friedrich: G327
  • Testing of tools:  MCWeeds, XCLASS
    • Adam perhaps will have someone starting to work with XCLASS

A script to download a bunch of cubes at once using Globus in command line is in:
https://github.com/ALMA-IMF/private-work/tree/master/misc
(Note: to access to /private-work you need to be added by Adam)

  1. Overview paper on hot cores from ALMA-IMF
    1. threshold in line density
    2. threshold in continuum flux, caveat of free-free contribution
    3. physical and chemical characteristics of sources
      1. temperature measures, e.g. CH3CN
        1. CH3CN v=0 K=0 at 91.98705
        2. CH3CN v8=1 K=1 at 92.3535
      2. correlate temperatures with line density

  1. Status of data processing tools (ADMIT, IMAGER)
    • Status of tests with IMAGER
    • Status of the update of the linelist for ADMIT ?
    • Adam: Linelist  on github + google doc
https://github.com/ALMA-IMF/hotcores <- place to put line lists, code related to hot cores, etc.  This is private, so you must request access (give Adam your username)
